In the Sahara, the rooms inside the adobe houses do not have an exact function.

Their use depends on the seasons and climate changes, according to a sort of nomadism inside the house. The terraces too, surrounded by high adobe walls, turn into ventilated bedrooms with the starry sky as a ceiling on hot summer nights.
Advantages and sustainability
These houses therefore serve an unlimited amount of functions and adapt themselves to the climate, the activities, the seasons, and the people which inahbit them.
